Job Description

• Develop documentation for architecture, process, codebases and user workflows
• Assist in developing dashboards and reports (Excel / Power BI) for management visibility
• Maintain system documentation, user guides, and process flows
• Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors.
• Request and review quotations, negotiate pricing and terms.
• Able to negotiate with new and existing vendors to ensure supply of material in most cost-efficient manner within agreed price target and budget.
• Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods/services.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with internal controls and budget constraints.
