Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for Online Webinar Facilitators based in Singapore, with flexibility to work from home. Responsibilities include preparing and managing webinar sessions, engaging audiences effectively according to a SOP, troubleshooting technical issues, and coordinating with team members to ensure smooth operations. The facilitator will also provide technical guidance, monitor live interactions, and assist in post-webinar evaluations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Online Event Facilitation and webinar hosting
• Technical proficiency with webinar platforms and troubleshooting virtual meeting software
• Exceptional communication and public speaking skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Detail-oriented with experience in data collection and event reporting
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges during live sessions
• Background in event management, communication, or related fields is preferred
• Proficiency in English, and additional languages is an advantage
