DIC (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd – Sales Support Internship

DIC Malaysia, established in 1975, is a leading innovator and market leader in the printing inks industry. Our Shah Alam facility supports key manufacturing and operational activities that are essential to our production processes and customer applications.

We are inviting motivated individuals to join our Sales Support team as an intern. This role provides exposure to real business operations and is well‑suited for individuals pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business-related field.

Key Responsibilities and Exposure

In this role, you will support real business operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Working closely with the Sales and Customer Service teams, you will gain hands‑on exposure to:

Order Management

• Process customer orders accurately and promptly
• Coordinate with logistics, planning, and production teams to ensure timely delivery
• Monitor and follow up on order status

Customer Service & Relationship Support

• Act as a contact point for customer enquiries
• Assist in handling issues related to orders, deliveries, or documentation
• Ensure timely and professional follow‑ups

Administrative & Documentation Support

• Uploading customer purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents
• Maintaining data and records in SAP
• Supporting basic reporting and internal updates

Who We are Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business-related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office; SAP experience is an advantage
