Job Description:
- Assist the payroll team in preparing and maintaining payroll reports and trackers.
- Support data entry and validation of payroll information such as attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
- Assist in checking payroll data to ensure accuracy before payroll submission.
- Support in payroll reconciliation and backpay calculations when required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary payroll information.
- Conduct other tasks, or projects as reasonably assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in business administration or other related fields.
- Good workload prioritization skills, able to multitask and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel is highly advantageous.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team, with a positive attitude.
