About the Role
Here at CIS we want to encourage our student to love languages. We are seeking a dedicated and engaging Mandarin Teacher to join our team on a part-time basis. The role involves teaching Mandarin to primary and secondary level students in a supportive and dynamic international school environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct Mandarin language lessons for primary and lower secondary students
2. Plan and prepare simple, engaging lesson materials
3. Support students in developing speaking, reading, and writing skills
4. Create a positive and interactive classroom environment
5. Monitor student progress and provide feedback where necessary
6. Work collaboratively with school staff

Requirements
1. Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written)
2. Able to communicate in English (basic working proficiency)
3. Passionate about teaching and working with children
4. Patient, responsible, and well-organised

Preferred (but not required)
1. Prior teaching or tutoring experience

Working Arrangement
1. Part-time hours (Anticipated 8 hours per week / to be discussed)
2. Flexible schedule based on school timetable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: RM60.00 - RM65.00 per hour
