Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Crew Intern to join our Halal Kitchen team. This role focuses on food preparation, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations behind the scenes.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in food preparation for frozen yogurt, croffle, and related products
- Follow Halal kitchen SOP and food safety standards
- Prepare ingredients and toppings according to standard recipe
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen area and equipment
- Assist in stock preparation and ingredient management (FIFO & FEFO)
- Ensure product consistency and quality before sending to kiosk
- Support kitchen workflow during peak production hours
- Follow daily kitchen checklist and supervisor instructions
Requirements
- Students or fresh graduates in Culinary / F&B / Hospitality or related fields
- Interest in kitchen operations and food preparation
- Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Able to follow SOP strictly (especially Halal & hygiene standards)
- Willing to work in fast-paced kitchen environment
