JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
• Handle cashier/POS system and process payments
• Serve food & beverages promptly and correctly
• Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of work areas
• Restock supplies and report low inventory
• Label, store and maintain product freshness
• Support outlet operations and perform any assigned duties
• Maintain good attendance and punctuality

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree/Certificate in F&B, Culinary, Hospitality, Retail, or related fields
• Minimum internship duration: 3 months
• Fresh, positive attitude with willingness to learn
• Able to work early/closing shifts, weekends & public holidays
• Friendly, responsible and service-oriented
