JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Handle cashier/POS system and process payments
- Serve food & beverages promptly and correctly
- Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of work areas
- Restock supplies and report low inventory
- Label, store and maintain product freshness
- Support outlet operations and perform any assigned duties
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree/Certificate in F&B, Culinary, Hospitality, Retail, or related fields
- Minimum internship duration: 3 months
- Fresh, positive attitude with willingness to learn
- Able to work early/closing shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Friendly, responsible and service-oriented
