Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing suitable candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interview arrangements. Ensure manpower requirements are met by actively supporting hiring needs and attracting qualified talent. Maintain and regularly update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and organised recruitment records.
• Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company. Process and manage various HR-related forms, letters, and documents (e.g., employment letters, confirmantion letters, promotion letters, disciplinary letters)
• Assist in processing locum staff payroll which includes checking and key-in of overtimes, unpaid leaves and allowances inclusive of contributions to statutory bodies through a payroll system. Handle employee inquiries related to payroll benefits.
• Act as a first point of contact for routine employee inquiries, disciplinary cases, and employee issues and direct them to the appropriate HR personnel or department.
• Assist in coordinating and tracking employee training programs and workshops. Ensure all records are properly maintained.
• Assist in monitoring the employees' hostels which include issuance and collection keys, update the tenant list, cleanliness and upkeep of the hostels.
• Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

• Fresh Grad or Minimum 1 year of experience in HR.
• Must possess initiatives and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills as well as quality focused.
