• Assist with daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking
• Support month-end and year-end reporting processes
• Help prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Conduct basic financial analysis and prepare summary reports
• Support audit preparation and compliance documentation
• Perform ad-hoc finance-related tasks as assigned

Requirement

• Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table is a plus)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, SQL, UBS) is an added advantage
• Able to read and write in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and sensitive with numbers
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to learn and able to work independently

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
