We are looking for a motivated and eager-to-learn Technical Support Intern to join our team in the security systems industry. This internship provides valuable hands-on experience and practical exposure to CCTV systems, alarm systems, access control systems, networking, as well as related electrical and works.

As part of the technical team, you will be exposed to real project environments, site installations, maintenance activities, troubleshooting processes, and technical reporting. This internship is suitable for students who are interested in developing technical skills and gaining practical industry experience in security systems and project operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in installation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of CCTV, Alarm, Access Control, Networking, Barrier system
• Support technicians during site visits, servicing, and project execution
• Assist in wiring, equipment setup, and basic electrical/electronic works
• Assist in monitoring project timelines and maintenance schedules
• Prepare and update maintenance reports, project progress reports, and issue reports
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues and resolving site-related problems
• Support documentation, system checking, and inventory handling
• Follow safety procedures and company work standards during site work
• Support the technical team in daily operations and ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

REQUIREMENTS:

• Currently pursuing a Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Electrical, IT, Networking, or related field
• Basic understanding of CCTV, networking, or electrical systems is an added advantage
• Willing to learn and work in a hands-on technical environment
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to follow instructions
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to travel or attend site work when required
