Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job advertisements on various job portals and social media platforms
• Screen resumes and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Help coordinate the onboarding process for new hires
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Support in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions
• Assist in preparing HR documents such as employment letters and memos
• Help ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team
• Participate in other HR-related projects as needed

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM700.00 per month
