JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in providing technical support for hardware, software, printers, and system-related issues.
• Support the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers, laptops, and office equipment.
• Assist in user account creation, password resets, email setup, and system access management.
• Help maintain equipment inventory records, asset tracking, and related documentation.
• Support troubleshooting activities and follow up on reported issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in testing new systems, applications, and process improvements before implementation.
• Prepare and update user guides, procedures, and operational documentation.
• Support data maintenance, system updates, and digital workflow activities as assigned.
• Assist in project coordination, system enhancement initiatives, and process improvement activities.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties assigned by the supervisor.

Pay: RM400.00 per month
