We're Hiring: HR Intern!

Join Synergy Outsourcing Malaysia (SOM), a fast-growing business solutions provider and proud sister company of Hunters International, one of Malaysia's top HR firms. We provide expert support in HR, payroll, and admin function,s and now we're looking for a dynamic HR Intern to be part of our awesome team!

Location: Petaling Jaya, Malaysia
Work Mode: Office
Role: HR Intern
Allowance: RM 800 - RM 1,000 + Car Park (Worth RM 250)

What You'll Do:

As our HR Intern, you won't be doing coffee runs. Instead, you'll get hands-on experience supporting real HR operations in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You'll report to the Operations Manager and work alongside our passionate team to:

• Prepare HR documents, offer letters & payroll-related reports
• Support data entry, file management & admin tasks
  
• Handle inquiries about policies & procedures
• Assist the team with ad hoc tasks when needed
• Join and aid in fun employee engagement activities

What We're Looking For:

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
