Job Summary

The Part-Time General Admin Assistant is responsible for supporting daily administrative and clerical tasks to ensure smooth office operations. The role includes document filing, data entry, coordination support, and handling general office administration duties in an SME environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
  • Handle filing, sorting, and organizing documents properly.
  • Prepare and update records, reports, and spreadsheets.
  • Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Photocopy, scan, print, and compile documents when required.

Office Coordination

  • Assist in monitoring office supplies and stationery stock.
  • Support coordination of courier, deliveries, and document collection.
  • Assist in preparing simple documents.

Documentation & Record Keeping

  • Ensure all documents are properly filed and easy to retrieve.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information and documents.
  • Support HR/Admin department in maintaining employee files and records.

Support to Other Departments

  • Assist production, warehouse, purchasing, or accounts departments with simple administrative tasks when required.
  • Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements

Education

  • Minimum SPM qualification.

Experience

  • Minimum with administrative experience of 3 years.
  • Home-maker with flexible hours to spare are encourage to apply.

Skills & Knowledge

  • Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Email).
  • Good organization and filing skills.
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality.
