Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Shopee, Lazada, and social media platforms.
• Attend to inbound phone calls professionally and provide accurate information about products or services to customers.
• Assist in processing customer orders, requests, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, or operations team to resolve order or stock issues.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
• Suggest suitable products based on customer needs and upsell when appropriate.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a good computer skills ( Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Responsible, polite, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
