Job Description
· Support day-to-day recruitment administration.
· Assist in the development and execution of recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
· Source and screen resume to identify qualified candidates for open positions
· Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and interest.
· Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
· Assist with onboarding new hires.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job posting data in applicant tracking system.
· Assist in Social Media content planning & posting
Job Requirement
· Currently pursuing a Bachelors Degree/ Diploma in HR Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology
· Must have a positive attitude, proactive, initiative and willing to learn
· Have a passion for dealing with people, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Well organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments
· A team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
· Willing to work in Phileo Damansara 2
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM1,000.00 per month
