Job Summary

The Account Intern will support the Accounts Department in daily accounting and administrative tasks. This role is suitable for students or fresh graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry and basic reconciliations
• Assist in processing employee claims and payment vouchers
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in handling financial data
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Accounts team
• Assist in preparing simple reports and schedules
• Support the team in month-end closing tasks
• Support invoice processing, filing, and record keeping

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance field
• Internship duration 6 months
• Basic accounting knowledge and willing to work with data entry tasks
• Strong team player
• Good verbal / written communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Willing to learn and able to follow instructions

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
