Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, New Media, or related fields.
• Proficient in design software: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
• Proficient in video editing: CapCut, Premiere Pro
• Good Mandarin communication skills with basic copywriting ability; Good English communication, Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
• Familiar with social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu (XHS), and company website. 
• Proactive, creative, detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Flexible to work weekends when required for events.

Preferred

• Interest in technology, DIY, maker culture, or the 3D printing industry.
• Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or event support.

Role Overview

Support the Marketing Manager with daily marketing operations, content creation, social media management, design, video editing, event support, and ad-hoc tasks. 

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager with daily operations, task coordination and follow-ups.
• Handle document preparation, sorting, filing and data compilation.
• Support offline events: material preparation, arrangement coordination and on-site assistance.
• Assist with community management, user feedback collection, and basic KOL communication.
• Complete other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
