We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst/Data Scientist for a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore. In this position, you will analyze large datasets, create predictive models, and generate actionable insights to support property development and operational strategies. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify trends, validate data accuracy, and produce comprehensive reports. This role provides flexibility, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills, Data Analytics, and the ability to interpret complex datasets effectively
• Proficiency in Statistics and Data Modeling to derive meaningful insights
• Excellent Communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with team members
• Experience with data visualization tools and programming languages like Python, R, or SQL is a plus
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Previous experience in real estate or property development analytics is beneficial
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
