Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold-calling outreach, networking, and online research.
- Pipeline Support: Assist in building and managing a healthy sales pipeline — because strong deals start with strong tracking.
- Client Discovery: Conduct basic needs analysis to understand potential clients’ business goals and marketing challenges.
- Proposal Development: Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
- Follow-Ups & Relationship Building: Maintain consistent communication with prospects and help nurture relationships from first contact to closing stage.
- CRM Management: Keep sales records organized and up-to-date in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Target Support: Work alongside the team to contribute towards monthly sales goals and revenue growth.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with the Brand Solutions team to ensure smooth handover, proposal alignment, and successful campaign execution.
