Education & Internship Availability

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in: 
• Computer Science 
• Information Technology 
• Network Engineering 
• Telecommunications 
• Related IT field 
• Minimum internship duration of 3 months and above preferred

Network Support & Technical Assistance

• Assist in configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting network devices such as routers, switches, and firewalls 
• Support network infrastructure maintenance including LAN/WAN and wireless networks 
• Assist senior engineers in project implementation and deployment activities 
• Help monitor network performance and identify potential issues
  

Project & Pre-Sales Support

• Support preparation of technical documentation, proposals, and solution presentations 
• Assist in network solution design and project coordination 
• Participate in customer meetings, project discussions, and technical briefings when required
  

Troubleshooting & Documentation

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving network connectivity issues 
• Prepare and maintain technical reports, diagrams, and project documentation 
• Support asset tracking and configuration record updates
  

Learning & Development

• Gain exposure to enterprise networking technologies including routing, switching, VPN, firewalls, and SD-WAN 
• Stay updated with networking technologies and industry best practices 
• Participate in training and mentorship sessions provided by the technical teamEducation & Internship Availability
