Job Description

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Review of Existing / New Products and Services, and outsourcing management.
  • Ensure Card Centre Procedure & Policy are timely updated in accordance with Regulatory / HQ requirement.
  • Liaise with external, internal and HQ auditors. Monitor progress on audit points raised.
  • Involve in Business Continuity Plan, Business Impact Analysis and Document Management etc.
  • Review and improve operation risk management of Card Centre.
  • Undertake Ad-hoc assignment.
