Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and filing
  • Handle data entry and maintain proper records
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and managing appointments
  • Support coordination with internal departments and clients
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • Preferred degree holder in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work in team setting.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: From RM1,100.00 per month
