Business

• Support the leasing superior in retail planning which includes trade/ tenant mix review and planning.
• Source and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix of the mall. This will include active cold callings, site viewings and negotiation on new leases and renewals.
• Preparation and tracking of lease documentation and leasing kits.
• Responsible for operating the various systems and tools in tenant sales and lease performance monitoring, rental analysis and forecasting, management reporting.
• Conduct market research on new trends.
• Responsible for the upkeep of files and maintenance of tenancy/ sales documents in an orderly manner.

Operations

• Establish, enforce and implement standard operating procedures.
• Business strategy analysis. Collecting fees, handle tenant queries and complaints. Resolve others matter raise by tenants.
• Functional coordination: To be responsible for overall management of regional leasing and operation according to the requirements of group, regional strategic targets and leasing and operation management policies; to organize and establish regional leasing and operation guidelines and requirements; to organize leasing and operation team talent training and echelon construction.
• Operation planning: To assist the GM of commercial on formulating regional operation planning according to regional business demands, formulating specific.
