Intern - Procurement (F&B)
Location: Wisma UOA 2, Kuala Lumpur
Duration: 6 Months
Start Date: Immediately (Early June)

About the Role:
Generally focused on supporting the procurement and supply chain team for Valiram’s Food & Beverage brands such as TWG Tea, Bacha Coffee, Godiva, and other dining concepts. Based on Valiram’s procurement structure and common procurement internship responsibilities, the role would typically include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update vendor records, pricing details, contracts, and supplier database accurately.
• Assist in procurement documentation and ensure proper filing and record management.
• Support invoice tracking and follow up with suppliers or internal stakeholders on payment status.
• Prepare and compile monthly procurement reports including pricing summaries, supplier performance, and inventory/consumption analysis.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations.
• Assist the procurement team in data analysis and reporting using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure procurement activities are aligned with company policies and procedures.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
