Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Quantity Surveying Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in cost estimation, contract administration, and project coordination within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents 
• Support quantity take-offs and measurement of construction works 
• Help in evaluating contractor quotations and project costs 
• Assist with contract documentation and progress claims 
• Monitor project expenses and report any discrepancies 
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors 
• Perform general administrative tasks related to QS functions
