JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Able to source, screen, recruit, recommend strong talent and strong relationship-builder.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Fast learner, resourceful and proactive.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
  • Positive mindset and can-do attitude, collaborative and ability to work well with our team.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adapts quickly to changing priorities.

Admin Intern

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, HR, Management, or related field
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and responsible
  • Willing to learn and able to handle multiple tasks

Responsibilities

HR Intern

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking platforms based on job requirements.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing of recruitment records.
  • Performs ad hoc tasks as required.
  • Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
  • Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.
  • Participate in organizing company events and career days/ fairs.
  • File documents and answer to employee inquiries.

Admin Intern

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with daily administrative and clerical duties
  • Handle data entry, filing, scanning, and document organisation
  • Prepare simple reports, letters, and forms
  • Support coordination of meetings, appointments, and schedules
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and basic enquiries
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory records
  • Update databases and records accurately
  • Support HR/admin team in ad-hoc tasks and projects
  • Maintain confidentiality of company information
