 Position Responsibilities
  

• Assist in executing employee engagement and culture initiatives to promote a positive workplace.
• Support the planning of internal events, communication campaigns, and engagement activities.
• Assist in creating simple visual and video content for internal communications.
• Support the monitoring and documentation of performance, disciplinary, and grievance cases.
• Assist in HR reporting and data analysis to support improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for employee events and welfare programs.
• Contribute ideas to improve process efficiency, innovation, and automation.
