Job Description

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of content creation/video editing skills is an added advantage.
  • Able to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day enquiries across social media, WhatsApp, email, and website.
  • Support video content production by assisting in ideation, shooting or editing.
  • Coordinate giveaway activities, including contacting winners, preparing prizes, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Manage marketing merchandises, including stock requests, sourcing, and inventory tracking.
  • Provide roadshow support by assisting customers in digital activities.
  • Conduct ad hoc marketing tasks
