Job Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining HR Portal website using Wix
• Develop new website functions and features based on supervisor’s instructions
• Support website content updates, layout improvements, and page creation
• Work closely with department to collect website requirements and project information
• Ensure website design is user friendly and mobile responsive
• Assist in troubleshooting website issues and performing testing and debug
• Assist in company events, internal activities, and project coordination when required
• Support basic administrative tasks and documentation related to projects and events
• Help improve website visuals, navigation, and overall user experience

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Multimedia, Web Development, or related field
• Basic knowledge of website development and design
• Familiar with Wix or other website platforms will be an added advantage
• Willing to be involved in event coordination and administrative activities
• Creative, willing to learn, and able to work independently
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Willing to be based in Bukit Minyak, Penang
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• As this is an HR Portal project, you will be reporting directly to the HR Manager instead of the IT Manager.
• Internship period: start mid of Aug/ Sep

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
