1. HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain employee records, files, and HR databases.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Prepare HR letters
• Assist in attendance and leave tracking.

2. Employee Engagement

• Help organize employee engagement events and activities.

3. Documentation & Compliance

• Ensure all documents are properly collected, verified, and stored.
• Support HR team in compliance tasks.

5. General Administrative Tasks

• Handle office communication, emails, and follow-ups
