Work Location: Buona Vista

Work Hour: 3-5 days per week (including weekends), overtime available

Salary: $12/hour weekdays, $14 Saturdays, $16 Sundays, $18 public holidays

Job Description

• Set up and maintain study files and participant records for clinical trials
• Enter and verify clinical trial data, perform quality checks on study documents
• Prepare materials and documents for study meetings and monitoring visits
• Process biological samples from trial participants and prepare for shipment
• Register clinical trial participants and assist with screening activities
• Maintain inventory of laboratory supplies and study materials
• Operate laboratory equipment like centrifuges and monitor freezer temperatures
• Support recruitment activities and maintain volunteer databases
• Assist with equipment maintenance and record keeping
• Provide general administrative support to clinical research team

Requirements

• Min O Level
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to work weekends and overtime when needed
