Requirements
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English and Mandarin is an added advantage
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and HR industry
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on hiring requirements
- Coordinate interview arrangements between candidates and hiring managers
- Conduct initial phone screening and candidate follow-up
- Support the management of all company social media accounts, including content posting, engagement, and employer branding activities
- Assist in creating recruitment-related content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
