  •  Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration ,Marketing, Information Technology or related fields
  • Strong interest in real estate and digital technology
  • Basic understanding of AI tools and digital platforms
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Ability to learn quickly and work independently or in a team

岗位职责

  • Assist in property market research and competitor analysis
  • Support property listing management on online platforms
  • Use AI tools to create property descriptions, ads, and marketing content
  • Assist in generating and qualifying sales leads
  • Follow up with potential clients and update inquiry status
  • Maintain and update CRM systems and client databases
  • Support digital marketing campaigns and social media content creation
  • Participate in virtual property presentations and client meetings
  • Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and sales materials
  • Support automation tools and AI chatbot responses for customer engagement
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams on daily tasks
  • Track and analyze property market trends using AI tools
