- Currently pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related fields
- Strong interest in AI and digital technology
- Basic understanding of AI tools and digital platforms
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently or in a team
Responsibilities
- Assist the team in exploring and implementing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Midjourney) to improve daily workflows
- Participate in digital process optimization and automation projects
- Support data collection, analysis, and report generation
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Assist in system maintenance and documentation
- Complete other innovation-related tasks assigned by supervisor
