Job Summary
The Business Admin is responsible for supporting daily business operations, front office coordination, reservation management, guest communication, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operational flow and excellent customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily reservation inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, OTA platforms, and other booking channels.
- Handle booking confirmations, amendments, cancellations, and guest requests.
- Monitor unit availability and update reservation records accurately in the system.
- Respond to customer and guest inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure operational readiness.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and filing systems.
- Ensure all guest and company information are handled confidentially.
- Support management in daily coordination and operational matters.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field.
- Internship duration of at least 3 months is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Responsible, willing to learn, and able to work in a team environment.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced working environment.
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
