Responsibilities
· Ensuring that we have purchase the right product in the right place at the right time in order to maximize sales and minimize costs
· Develop a strong positive rapport with all our vendors, and become the main contact for company and the vendors
· Negotiate with vendors on purchasing to help increase company long-term profitability. (+/- 5-10% from market spot price based on scenario & volume of quantity)
· Work with Vendors to ensure product availability, quality, delivery scheduling with each project and to solve any pricing or other issues
· Prepare price list, update vendor contact list
· Study the full product lines, becoming an expert in product knowledge
· Seek out for new source that will help increase the company’s profitability
· Work with marketing, QS and the project department to keep up to date on the trends and the needs of the project when making buying decisions
· Purchase Order should be issue against material request (MR) by the PIC
· Preparing price comparison summary for approval and get the signature approve on the quotation or price comparison summary then the Official Purchase Order can be issuance
· Make sure the suppliers acknowledge back the Purchase Order to us and the acknowledged PO is filling together with the PO issue
· Responsibility for entire purchase of project
· Verified all PO, Delivery Order, Invoice summit to the financial Department
· Pre-qualification of new supplier (term)
· Maintains proper Documentation filling
· Performs all other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Pay: RM590.00 - RM600.00 per month
