About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic team at J&T EXPRESS (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. at KL Eco City. During this internship, you will play a crucial part in driving our HR strategy and ensuring the seamless management of our valued employees.

What you'll be doing:

• Assist in delivering HR services and support across various functions.
• Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance employee engagement.
• Assist in managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and learning & development.
• Provide support in HR-related administrative tasks and documentation.
• Collaborate with different teams to address HR challenges and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
• Contribute to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.

What we're looking for:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
