Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks
  • Key in and update company data, records, and documents
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and meeting minutes
  • Monitor office supplies and stationery inventory
  • Support order processing and data entry tasks
  • Assist in coordinating staff attendance, leave, or schedules
  • Maintain proper document arrangement and office organization
  • Assist in customer inquiry handling and follow-up
  • Support content creation for social media platforms
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource, Office Management, or related field
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and analysis techniques
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Office applications is highly desirable
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a team and follow instructions properly
  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Able to manage time and complete tasks within deadline
  • Willing to learn and adapt to working environment
