Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and HR records.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Assist in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment activities.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is a plus.
• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
