The main purpose of the Barista is to oversee the operation in the beverage section and to ensure the operation and all orders are delivered as per set standards and in proper presentation and display. He/She is also required to perform the duties required at the highest level of food safety and hygiene standards.

Filling out the opening and closing checklist
Implement cleaning and maintenance schedule
Receive goods as per food safety standards
Organize Barista area workflow efficiently
Deliver excellent guest service, at all times
Prepares orders as per company standards for the guests
Decorates orders as per company standards
Keep Barista area clean at all times
Clean the fountains and equipment’s as per cleaning schedules
Prepares the list of items to be ordered as per the Outlet Manager’s approval and as per par level.
Orders or requests the ordering of materials and supplies as deemed necessary to maintain proper stock levels.
Prepares documents, such as inventory count, and periodic reports as requested by management.
Always adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Keep wastage to a minimum
Assist in filling out the logbook.
Daily monitoring of equipment for optimal performance.
Do the daily preparation work.
Keeps station organized at all times.
Make sure to have sufficient stock ready to be used at all times.
Make sure no products are expired by daily monitoring and recording.
Communication & Working Relationships
Communicates professionally with all team members and Line Manager while keeping a productive working environment.
Communicates with the stewards while keeping a healthy and clean environment.
