• Able to speak, read, and write Mandarin and English fluently

Responsibilities
We are looking for a Mandarin-speaking Customer Service Executive to provide professional customer support and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
• Handle customer inquiries via live chat and email
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Handle escalation cases through the internal system
• Make 10–15 outbound calls per week when required
• Maintain service quality standards and response efficiency
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
