Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on wooden pallets and related products to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams on quality matters.

• Assist in implementing quality control procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support implementation and maintenance of ISO quality management systems.

• Ensure pallets comply with safety, ISPM 15, fumigation, and heat treatment requirements.

• Work closely with production team to resolve quality issues.

• Compile reports of complaints and feedback for reporting.

• Assist in ad-hoc coordination pertaining to operations/ warehouse operation.

• Undertake additional/ ad hoc tasks & responsibilities as and when required or instructed.

Minimum Requirements

• GCE "A" Level or Diploma

• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience

• Fluent in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates

• Strong communication skill

• Good leadership

• Resourceful and able to work independently

• Possess good time management & strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team
