Job Summary
The Educator is the foundation of our success. You are an expert in guest experience, responsible for connecting with our community, sharing technical product education, and speaking authentically about our culture.
Core Responsibilities
Guest Experience: Interact with guests to provide customized purchase and return solutions. Deliver technical product education and facilitate seamless transactions/omnichannel programs.
Community: Inform guests of local programs and help execute community projects (e.g., run clubs, yoga events).
Teamwork: Contribute to an inclusive environment. Collaborate with teammates to ensure optimal store operations and guest support.
Operations: Maintain product presentation (restocking/merchandising) and use in-store technology. Perform cleaning tasks to maintain a premium environment and adhere to all safety policies.

Eligibility: Legally eligible to work in the assigned jurisdiction.
