Client Servicing Skills 

A Client Servicing Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, understanding client needs, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth delivery of services or projects. The role acts as the main point of contact between the company and its clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. 
• Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to internal teams. 
• Coordinate with sales, creative, operations, or production teams to ensure timely delivery. 
• Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. 
• Prepare proposals, quotations, reports, presentations, or service updates. 
• Follow up with clients on project progress, approvals, payments, and renewals. 
• Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or repeat business. 
• Maintain accurate client records and update CRM or tracking systems. 
• Support the team in achieving client retention and revenue targets.
