• Assisting with the preparation of bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents
• Conducting site measurements and quantity take-offs
• Reviewing and analyzing contract variations and claims
• Compile and present data for internal and client meetings. Liaise with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure cost-related matters are well-coordinated
• Maintaining accurate project records and documentation
• Providing technical support and advice to the project team
• Cost Reporting skills and Cost Planning skills
• BOQ preparation and Cost Planning skills
• Knowledge of Quantity Surveying principles
