Job Description
Responsibilities
• Serve as a point of contact for prospective postgraduate students, providing accurate and timely information on the University’s programmes, admissions policies, and enrolment procedures.
• Manage the end-to-end application and admissions processes for postgraduate students, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines and timelines.
• Develop and implement communication plans to promote the University’s postgraduate programmes to internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyse reports to evaluate market trends, assess the effectiveness of current partnerships and services, and measure their impact on local enrolment targets.
• Coordinate communications with faculty and school administrators to ensure clarity and consistency regarding postgraduate admissions requirements, processes, and updates.
• Supervise support staff (if any) to ensure the delivery of high-quality, consistent information and advice to prospective post graduate students, maintaining a strong focus on customer service excellence.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university.
• Preferably 4 to 6 years of administrative experience in the education sector.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools; experience with Power BI is a distinct advantage.
