Overview

The Business Analyst Intern supports the analysis of end-to-end business processes by gathering data, documenting requirements, and assisting in identifying areas for operational improvement. The role involves contributing to business requirement documentation and supporting project implementation activities to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather information to understand end-to-end business cycles and perform business process analysis to document the business requirements.
• Produce business requirement specifications for changes to key processes upon implementation.
• Recommend areas of operational improvements for major project implementation.

Qualifications

• Studied for preferably in Information Technology (IT) / Actuarial / Accounting/ Insurance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• General understanding of software systems, servers, databases and other technology.
• Possess the ability to act effectively at various levels of detail
• Work constructively with users and managers to facilitate problem-solving and decision-making
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
