JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist with hardware and software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
• Assist with network administration tasks, such as configuring routers and switches, monitoring network performance, and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
• Participate in cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability assessments, security audits, and implementing security best practices.
• Collaboration with team members on IT projects, including software development, system upgrades, and infrastructures enhancements.
• Document IT procedures, troubleshooting steps, and technical configurations.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends through self-duty and training opportunities.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology / Related field (Experienced / Fresh Grad).
• C#, WPF, Python, Nuxt.js, JavaScript, and MSSQL / MYSQL database.
• Involve in designing, coding, and modifying applications, from layout to function.
• Collect and analyse user requirement.
• Good to have: IOT (Internet of Things) Knowledge.
• Possess own transport.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
