As an enthusiastic Business Administration Intern, you will support the day-to-day operations of a company, helping with various administrative and business-related tasks depending on the company’s focus and needs for various solar energy projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in solar energy business operations, project management, data analysis, and internal communications including assisting with administrative tasks, improving business processes, and supporting different departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This internship provides exposure to the inner workings of the business and offers the opportunity to learn key skills in management, operations, and communication. Generally, involves in assisting with media outreach, content creation, social media management, event coordination, and research.
Responsibilities:
i. Assist with managing daily office activities, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
ii. Organize and maintain company files, databases, and records (both digital and physical).
iii. Help prepare reports, presentations, and documents for meetings.
iv. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other forms of communication, ensuring that important messages are passed to relevant team members.
v. Support in the preparation and documentation of internal and external correspondence.
i. Input data into company systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
ii. Update spreadsheets, databases, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools with relevant business data.
iii. Conduct data analysis to assist teams in making informed decisions.
i. Assist in coordinating and managing small projects within the organization.
ii. Help with project planning, organizing resources, setting deadlines, and tracking progress.
iii. Coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure project milestones are met.
iv. Prepare project documentation and reports for project stakeholders.
v. Assist with basic budgeting tasks such as tracking expenses, preparing financial reports, and managing project invoicing.
i. Support the operations team with managing day-to-day activities, such as office supplies inventory and equipment maintenance.
ii. Assist in improving operational processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
iii. Work on organizing business activities, events, or conferences (logistics, material preparation, scheduling).
iv. Help coordinate cross-functional workstreams or teams, depending on the organization’s needs.
i. Provide overall administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
ii. Help maintain databases and files related to media outreach and communications.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3- 6 months
Pay: RM800.00 per month
